622 622 is a water soluble, non-chlorinated, synthetic drawing lubricant to be used as supplied for severe stamping applications, or water diluted for less severe forming operations. This versatile product can be applied on ferrous or non-ferrous (i.e., galvanized, aluminum) metals and will provide excellent long term indoor rust protection. 622 is a workhorse synthetic for applications where part cleanliness is important.
660 Curtis 660 is a heavy duty, water soluble, non-chlorinated, synthetic drawing lubricant to be used as supplied for severe stamping applications, or water diluted for less severe forming operations. This versatile product can be applied on ferrous or non-ferrous (i.e., galvanized, aluminum) metals and will provide excellent long term indoor rust protection. 660 can be used in difficult applications to replace water-soluble oils.
500 500 is a very heavy duty, water-soluble drawing compound. This product is highly concentrated with extreme pressure additives for anti-galling with excellent adherence and anti-wipe properties. 500 may be used as supplied for deep drawing or severe stamping applications. You may dilute (1 part to 5 parts water) for medium to heavy applications, i.e., floor pans, hoods, frames, cross members, brackets, etc. Further dilution to 5 to 12 parts water may be utilized for less severe stamping and forming operations.
XT-350 XT-350 is a clean running water-soluble stamping compound designed for a wide range of stamping applications. XT-350’s unique formulation is used where clean surfaces are required for subsequent operations such as welding, painting, or plating. XT-350’s extreme pressure properties will extend die tool and coating life. XT-350 can be used neat in severe operations (such as extruding) or diluted up to 20:1 with water for lighter duty operations. XT-350 may be applied to all coated or non-coated CRS, HRS, HSS, HSLA, SS, Aluminum and Dual Phase substrates.
XT-603 XT-603 is a heavy-duty drawing soluble oil formulated based on sulfur and chlorine to perform a wide range of operations on ferrous metals. XT-603 can be used neat in severe operations such as drawing, rolling, stamping, or diluted as low as 20:1 with water to form a stable emulsion for most machining operations. XT-603’s unique formulation is ideal for companies looking for one product to do all their stamping applications.
XT-800 XT-800 is a heavy-duty, non-chlorinated drawing compound that is formulated to perform a wide range of operations. XT-800’s extreme pressure additives allow forming in the most severe stamping operations, reducing part galling and cracking while increasing die tooling and coating life. XT-800’s unique formulation was developed to be used in recirculated systems like rollforming and thus exhibits excellent biological control, decreasing odor and providing parts and dies with a clean, non-tacky surface. Depending on the substrate and severity of the part produced XT-800 can typically be used at a dilution range of 20-10:1. On severe operations XT-800 can be diluted up to 5:1. XT-800 performs extremely well with in-die or stand-alone tapping units and may be used on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates.
XT-903 XT-903 is a synthetic, heavy-duty drawing/fine blanking compound formulated to perform a wide range of operations. XT-903’s unique formulation does not contain oil, sulfur or pigments and is easily removed with alkaline cleaners where clean surfaces are required in subsequent operations such as welding. Depending on the substrate and severity of the application. XT-903 can be used neat in severe operations such as fine blanking or diluted 20:1 with water to form a stable emulsion for light stamping.
S-1500 S-1500 is a moderate to heavy-duty, micro-emulsion, coolant. S-1500 is designed to work with all metals, provide advanced tool protection, and keep your machines running clean. Curtis S-1500 can easily be mixed with water and you’re ready to go with an excellent bio-resistant cutting and grinding fluid without hazardous biocides.
CE-200 CE-200 is a heavy-duty micro emulsion coolant designed to outperform high oil content soluble oils and expensive vegetable oil products. CE-200 is the most sophisticated micro emulsion coolant ever formulated for metalworking applications. CE-200 can easily be mixed with water at different dilutions resulting in an environmentally friendly cutting fluid for your toughest machining jobs on all metals from high alloy steels to cast aluminum. This product will work where only heavy water-soluble oils have been the option.
S-8030 S-8030 is a medium duty, oil-rejecting synthetic coolant formulated for all types of ferrous metals and alloys. It is ideal for turning of all metals or machining of steels. This coolant contains no DEA, chlorinated, sulfurized, or phosphorus-containing additives. S-8030 also is fortified against micro-organism attack through the incorporation of a bactericide/fungicide package. S-8030 provides excellent corrosion protection where other synthetics have failed.
HD-100 HD-100 is a surfactant based aqueous cleaner/degreaser that chemically emulsifies anything organic such as grease, oil, ink, coolants etc. HD-100 is designed for precision parts cleaning and meets the highest standards set for material compatibility, environmental, health and safety. HD-100 can be used in heated parts washers or any hand wiping application without leaving any residue.
Extreme Clean Extreme Clean is a surfactant based aqueous cleaner/degreaser that chemically emulsifies anything organic such as grease, oil, ink, coolants etc. Extreme Clean is designed for floor cleaning and meets the highest standards set for material compatibility, environmental, health and safety. Extreme Clean can be used in mop bucket or automatic floor scrubber without causing any treatment issues in the wastewater processing system, damage to the floor scrubber or leaving any residue.
TC-100 TC-100 a versatile, highly concentrated, hard water stable, multi – purpose, liquid alkaline maintenance cleaner. TC-100’s unique formulation can be diluted to desired concentration in water to clean a myriad of soils and surfaces such as concrete, steel, aluminum, brick, ceramic tile, wood flooring. TC-100 is compatible with floor scrubbers.
